My experience at this hotel was really disappointing. The views from the pool area were stunning, and the spacious rooms had potential, but the overall cleanliness and service were unacceptable. Dining options were very limited, and the all-inclusive package was misleading. While the location near the beach and the complimentary shuttle to local restaurants were nice touches, they couldn't make up for the numerous issues I faced during my stay.
